  • We also require a passport number for every person that travels in our golf transfers to or from the golf course

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • In person in our golf store or via telephone or Whatsapp communications. 

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order and manage your account.
  • Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
  • Pass your name only to any hotel or golf courses we book for you. We do not provide any other data to these third parties. 
  • For private transfers we book for you we will share your name and telephone number with the transfer agency. This company does not have the authorisation to share your data or contact you for marketing purposes. 
  • Show any law enforcement officer your data when it is requested to prove we are transporting you as part of a package booked with us. 
  • Our staff members also have access to your data so that it allows them to contact you for booking updates or for your golf transfer driver to contact you with updates on your collection times from your accomadation or from the golf course. 

 Our Company will share your data with our accounting company Exactly.es This is so that they can process the invoices for the bookings you have made with us. Exactly.es is not authorised to offer you their products and services unless you specifically ask us to do this.

  • When Our Company processes your payment, our payment processor may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data within the Google One Framework which is encrypted and has 2 factor authorisation to gain access. 

Our Company will keep your data until your booking is completed and the invoice is filed to our accountant. This is no more than 6 weeks post your booking completion. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting your entire booking form.

Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of Our Company Group.
